If you could have a $10,000 shopping spree to one store, which store would it be and how long would it take you to spend the $10,000? Probably, Anthropologie. Everything is kind of pricy there, so I’m assuming I could bust out 10K in no time at all!

If money were not an object, what would you do with your life? I graduated from Stout with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. A large amount of graduates within our field go on to work within the non-profit sector to benefit vulnerable populations. I’m quite nerdy in that I feel very strongly about advocacy and human rights issues. I’m sure you would find me doing activism and getting far too involved within whatever community was brave enough to have me.

What place outside of the U.S. would you most like to visit? Why? One place? Ha! Should we talk about how bad of a travel bug I have? I think the easier question is, ‘what place outside of the U.S. would you NOT want to visit?’ The answer? Nowhere. Top of my list right now? Czech Republic and Norway.

If you could give the world one piece of advice, what would it be? Don’t put too much of an emphasis on making plans and keeping them. If there is one thing that has become increasingly evident to me in life, it is that absolutely everything constantly changes. As soon as you’re well prepared for life to go one direction, everything will completely flip. Be flexible.

If you could have a room full of any one thing, what would it be? Don’t judge-going to be nerdy-books. Do you know how entertained you would be in that room? Okay, maybe I should change it to good books. That’s the key, right there!

What do you want to be doing in ten years? Smiling

Which super power do you like to have and why? Okay, not technically a ‘super power’, but I have always answered this question with: background music to my life. Think about it, you’re ending a great date with someone amazing and all of a sudden ‘Kiss Me’ by Sixpence None the Richer starts playing all around you. Absolutely everything you did in life would seem ten times more profound. Ugh, even writing it I get hostile that it will never happen ?.

Which is the best vacation you’ve ever had in your life? Second semester of my sophomore year in college I was studying abroad in Scotland. For spring break, two friends and I flew to Germany to meet up with a friend I have from Southern Germany. Once we got to her house, we packed up her parents Volvo, drove through Austria and Switzerland (the Swiss Alps) and arrived in Northern Italy, where we stayed with my cousin in her villa. Absolutely the most remarkable ‘vacation’ of my life.
