Looking back on your time at Stout - what was your favorite part of being a freshman? Not having a job!
Do you have a job on campus or in Menomonie that keeps you busy outside of class time? Yes, tour guide =)
What is your favorite month of the year? December! Holidays, family time, vacation and time off school - need I say more?
The best book you’ve ever read? Wild at Heart by John Eldredge
Why did you choose to go to Stout? Stout has one of the best accredited interior design programs in the Midwest. I also liked the laptop program and textbook rental system.
Where do you see yourself in five years? I don’t have a specific plan, but I know it involves traveling. It will depend on what kind of opportunities I’m presented with. =)
What is one fun thing to do outside Menomonie and one thing to do inside?
Outside: Canoeing from Lake Tainter to Lake Menomin and going to the farmers market.
Inside: Going on the indoor climbing wall.
Your first "college kiss". How did you meet the lucky one? On campus? Off? Study abroad, off-campus, he was an Aussie and we met in a London pub. Enough said.
If you have friends coming over, what would you cook? A chicken salad.
Who has been the biggest influence on you in you life? What lessons did they teach you? My mom - don’t always follow the beaten path laid out in front of you. Continue to challenge yourself and take responsibility for your actions.
Has college been anything like you imagined it to be when you first started as a freshman? Yes for the most part - but time management can be hard, harder than I thought!
Are you looking forward to graduating college? What is your dream job? Yes I’m looking forward to it! I would love to design for clients abroad.
