Best thing about being a student here: You’re living the dream! You’re in college. You’re in that stage between trying to figure yourself out and complete responsibility. Stout has really helped me find who I am. My laptop helps me keep up with technology and its constant change. Accessibility to professors and opportunities to advance in your specific area of study are endless. My professors and advisors are really good with getting me to the right people to help me succeed in your future career.

Best place to study: Any of the five floors in our Library, or at the recreation center during the day. It gets kind of noisy at night!

Best place to people-watch: Memorial Student Center: especially at Heritage Café, or in front of the Great Hall.

Best event on campus: All events put on by Blue Devil Productions - they are really good.

Best class so far: Introduction to Philosophy

Best thing to eat on campus: Anything in Heritage Café or Bosco Sticks at The Pawn.

Best reason to stay up until 2 am: Social events!

Best reason to live on campus: Everything is included: heat, energy, water! The meal plan gets you more for your buck! You meet so many more people in the dorms. You live with the necessities not the useless things that just take up space.
