Webcams and Touch Screen 
In my new HP laptop, there was no webcam. I looked up online and there is no such thing as my model minus a webcam. Does the IT department take out the webcam? They are supposed to have them, I checked with HP. And I also noticed there are settings for touchscreen features. Is this something that is also disabled? It seems to me that the webcams we received were stripped down for some reason. Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey there!

The university works directly with HP to configure the laptop specifically for UW-Stout so there is really not a comparative available…. The academic needs drive the configuration.
