I'm a little confused as to how to start my profile. You see, I am registered for fall 2009 as a freshman. I just started a new account.....but I don't know where to go on the web page to start the profile......
Anyone care to help me?
Once you login, under "features" is a link that says "create your profile"...click on that and you'll be off and running!

Unless I'm missing something, I don't see that link. You're talking about directly under the "Features" section with the links to Ask A Student, Ask Housing, etc. right?
When you are on the first page after you log in on the left hand side under where it says "features" it is listed on the right column under "contact your classmates." If you still can't find it call the admissions office and ask for Britta and I will help you out.
