My name is Britta Horeck and I am the Wisconsin Covenant Coordinator and First-Year Parent Liaison here at UW - Stout. I know that parents have just as many questions and concerns as their First-Year student. A student leaving home for the first time affects not only them but, the whole family. Graduation is upon us again and as students are buying their caps and gowns, taking their final exams and completing final projects, you, their parents are probably wondering…What’s next? Some students may be on the ball and already have jobs lined up, others may still be looking. What I can guarantee is that the Stout Career Services Office is ready and waiting to help in the search. Our Career Services Office provides career counseling, help writing cover letters and resumes as well as Stout CareerLink.
